Jim Salmon is a local Home Inspector with over 25 years in the building business as a contractor, remodeler, lecturer, and for over 16 years the host of the WHAM (1180AM Radio)"Home Repair Clinic" which is aired on Saturdays from 6-10am and Sundays from 9-11am.
Jim's combination of extensive training and hands-on experience has earned him the reputation of being the most thorough Home Inspector in his field.
Jim increased his training to become a Certified Lead Inspector to be knowledgeable regarding the hazards of lead that concerns his clients today.
He also was involved in establishing the local chapter of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) which is a national organization of Home Inspectors. Of which he was the president for the Greater Rochester ASHI Chapter.
